What You Will Be Doing

You will be supporting our customers with any diagnostic or troubleshooting support, while provide technical expertise to answer any questions our customers may have in order to maximize the customer's experience

  • Act as a Customer-facing subject matter expert

  • Up to 15% travel to client sites

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Customer Facing Technical Support

  • JavaScript/HTML/CSS

  • SaaS Environment

  • JIRA and Salesforce experience
