The Wealth Management Marketing Team’s mission is to create and promote strategic integrated marketing plans to engage our target audiences and drive awareness and recognition of Wealth Management’s deep expertise in wealth and investment management. Highest potential applicants will demonstrate knowledge of client focused marketing targeting High Net Worth (HNW) clients and showcase a knowledge of marketing skills that help make a difference through data, analytics and bringing a strategic marketing approach to help meet business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and manage strategic marketing plans and programs for Wealth Management’s specialized wealth services, which may include Philanthropic Services, Estate Services, Life Management Services , Special Needs Trust and core estate planning services targeting HNW clients; partner with line of business leaders in developing strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives

  • Responsible for positioning and overseeing content and messaging for these unique services

  • Define market opportunity and potential for expanding these specialized services to current and prospective clients, using data and analytics

  • Partner with internal and external communications in promoting the message for these key services and solutions

  • Partner with other lines of business, such as Wells Fargo Advisors, in developing and executing marketing campaigns to various segments

  • Manage all reviews for marketing collateral and programs, including with business partners, legal and compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

  • Basic Microsoft Visio skills

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
