Position Information

Job Summary

The School of Management’s Academic Affairs team is looking for a student assistant to begin work the first week of May for 3-5 hours a week training with our current student assistant. Then over summer, the hours would go up to 10-20.

The student assistant position supports all roles on the academic affairs team in a variety of clerical duties and running errands.


The student assistant will collect and track syllabi, run errands, copy, scan, and other light office work as needed by the Academic Affairs team. The student assistant will also input, review, and update data in the Digital Measures Faculty database. This includes, but is not limited to; Researching and verifying Peer-Reviewed Journals (PRJs), preparing PRJ documentation for AACSB accreditation reports, inputting new professor CV information, and cleaning out duplicate intellectual contributions.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be familiar with excel, scanning, and be detail orientated.

Desired Qualifications: Graduate student preferred but all students may apply.
