We have experience in all phases of litigation, from initial fact-finding to forensic data collections, data processing management, review and production management, and trial preparation. Navigant designs, implements and manages discovery management systems in complex, high-stakes, high-visibility matters. We combine project management skills, technology expertise, and in-depth knowledge of legal processes to overcome the problems associated with large volumes of electronic data that have to be reviewed and produced within stringent time frames.


  • Participate in business development initiatives that include targeting external clients, attending industry conferences, and speaking engagements

  • Delivery of privacy related consulting services

  • Lead and supervise teams in small and large engagements

  • Privacy training

  • Responsible for engagement planning and management

  • Prepare client communications for senior level review

  • Act as a mentor to Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Managing Consultants

  • 4 + years of experience in a the privacy space

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, economics or related discipline

  • Strong understanding of the various legal and regulatory issues that could affect an organization

  • Ability to understand the importance of privileged and confidential communications

  • Strong project management skills in monitoring billing of hours, training and development, and providing supervision

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timely deadlines

  • Ability to travel
