Pottery Barn is looking for a Project Coordinator with 3+ years of project coordination experience to support their in-house Brand Packaging Team. The Project Coordinator will execute packaging across several product categories, under the direction of the Senior Project Manager. Ideal candidates must have excellent organizational and communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment. Print expertise is preferred but not required.
Manage, prioritize and proof the development and printing of 500+ deadline sensitive projects each season.
Works with cross-functional teams to finalize packaging requests.
Communicates with agents and vendors to ensure timelines are met in order for product to deliver on time.
Maintains and refines workflow process across multiple product categories.
Continually evaluates project activity and reports regularly on project status.
Actively problem solves while escalating any issues that impact timeline/budget to the Project Manager.
Ensures packaging compliance requirements are met.
Maintains databases, filing systems and archives.
Reviews and approves print proofs and vendor's assembly photos for all product packaging.
Manages workflow for packaging translations.
Reviews product assortment to determine packaging localization needs for international stores.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/minimum job qualifications:
3-5 years of project coordination experience.
Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem solve.
Excellent time management skills; ability to set priorities and remain flexible to changes.
BA/BS degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of Proof HQ and FileMaker Pro a plus
