Position Overview In this role you are responsible for partner programs covering customer success, adoption, enablement and certification. These programs allow us to work effectively with our value-added reseller community and drive a continuously growing recurring revenue stream. You will in this role build a professional and international network that jointly provides software solutions to the market that allows our customers to Make Anything.
Responsibilities * Program ownership (75% of the role) o Design and ongoing program ownership of global customer success and adoption programs within Value Added Reseller framework o Design and ongoing program ownership of the global partner enablement and certification framework, including close cooperation with teams providing enablement and certification content and infrastructure o As a program owner, you are also responsible for defining success criteria and monitor these ongoing as well as for communications materials for internal and external use o Autodesk s reseller network includes 1,100 Value Added Resellers. Not all programs apply to all partners but some may * Go-to-market business partner (15% of the role) o You are the liaison and channel business partner to cross-functional teams working with product go-to-market strategies, such as industry business strategy and marketing (BSM), pricing strategy and operations and operational readiness. When required, you and the relevant cross-function representative present to Channel Review board for their review and approval o The time allocated to this role vary a lot through the year as it is driven by product launch/changes * Ad hoc / short notice projects or initiatives (10% of the role) * Given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have, it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied * You are part of a team that is spread globally. The position include participation to WW calls which for a person based in San Francisco may be at early mornings or late evenings * You are an individual contributor but as a program and sometimes project lead you co-manage project members
Minimum Qualifications * Ability to focus on the overall strategy while still having a complete end-to-end result in mind for the detailed design, covering business, operational, finance and legal aspects * Good understanding of adoption phases and activities * Good understanding of how multi-tier channel go-to-market works * Good communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint), comfortable presenting to senior leadership * Project management skills (incl. managing project team members) * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and you thrive in a dynamic, changing environment * Self-motivated and can-do attitude, ability to work independently and prioritize * Advanced user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word * Comfortable using MS Office and online / web-based communication tools (Skype, Zoom, Go-to meeting etc.) daily * 3 years work experience in roles similar to minimum one of the responsibility areas * BA/BS
