IBM Product Readiness and Quality Intern in San Francisco, California

Job Description

Employees in this role develop, document, and implement world-wide support and quality plans to ensure that clients receive the technical support services for their on-cloud service or on-premises software according to the applicable standard IBM support offerings. They are often assigned special projects based on business needs and requirements. If you are client focused, detail oriented, a good collaborator and have a passion to learn new technologies and make an impact this is the role for you.

Position must be based in one of the following strategic locations:

Austin, TX


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience or knowledge of Analytics, Contracts, Scorecarding and Software Quality

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Past internship experience
