What You Will Be Doing

-Own the product vision and roadmap for your area. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision.

-Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.

  • Bring customer's voice into the creation process by building relationships with customers, sales & sales engineering, support, professional services, and other key stakeholders

-Drive for the best user experience. Work closely with UX to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.

What You Need for this Position

  • 2-3+ years of experience in product management

  • Familiar with some behavioral tools that track customer's digital experience using Clicktale, TeaLeaf, Hotjar, etc..

-Passionate about data visualization and analytics that deliver powerful & actionable insights

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset to tackle operational challenges

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Understands Agile Software Development methodologies

-Proven ability to listen, learn and iterate quickly and empathize with the customer
