Square Mid-Market Account Executive in San Francisco, California

Our Sales organization is looking for a tenured sales executive with experience selling to C-level executives to help grow our footprint into large, complex accounts. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem solving help you find opportunities for Square to help merchants grow. You have a passion for listening to customer needs, making strategic recommendations and closing complex deals.

You will:

  • Lead the charge selling the Square suite of products into large, strategic accounts

  • Own the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with internal teams to ensure successful on-boarding

  • Consistently exceed quota through outbound efforts

  • Build relationships with executives to understand product fit

  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market

  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

You have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management

  • A BA/BS degree

  • Consistent success against quota

  • Experience selling a complex ecosystem of products

  • Hunting and cold calling experience

  • Experience presenting and selling to the C-suite

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative and team player mentality
