KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Recruiting Tax to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical relationships with key firm leaders, internal business partners, and retained search firms to source and recruit executive-level talent

  • Drive a complex partner and managing director recruiting and admissions process, working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to help ensure the process is both thorough and efficient

  • Engage in client-facing strategic partnering with national, market, service, and industry leaders with respect to the firm’s human capital

  • Utilize direct sourcing for senior level partner and managing directors

  • Maintain compliance with established recruitment and hiring procedures

  • Liaise with research and other recruiting teams on the acquisition of qualified candidates, as well as represent KPMG in the marketplace

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of progressive recruiting experience, some specifically in Advisory or consulting; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic executive recruiting plans to support the business strategy for the practice

  • Ability to forecast, manage, execute and deliver results around the recruiting strategy

  • Strong problem solving and presentation skills and able to gather, analyze, and report performance data

  • Strong understanding of practice areas, business acumen and drivers
