Robert Half Office Team Jr. Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California

OfficeTeam is looking for an Jr. Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact at a luxury architectural firm in the heart of Financial District. This individual works directly under the supervision of the Office Services Director, is in charge of the front office and should be self-motivated with good people skills (bilingual a plus). This is a full time, TEMPORARY position from March-July, the working schedule should normally fall between 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, but may vary. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Being an organizational superhero- filing, creating documents using Microsoft Word, managing calendars, processing expense reports

  • Multitasking genius- ability to answer phones, support office, and prioritize tasks.

  • Completing projects within given deadlines
