If yes, this position could be for you. We re looking for someone to join our dynamic team and help our customers create positive impact with Autodesk solutions.

This role sits within the Autodesk Sustainability & Foundation team and is responsible for global marketing, communications and thought leadership specific to sustainability in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. You will define and execute the industry marketing strategy to build awareness and thought leadership for our sustainable design product capabilities, as well as generate demand and product adoption. You will collaborate with team members on market research and monitor industry trends and competitive activity. You will develop marketing messaging and content for technical and nontechnical audiences that address our customers needs, pain points and business challenges. You will leverage the latest in marketing best practices with an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach. You will work closely with other Autodesk marketers to align strategy, messaging, content, campaigns and activities, and partner with others on the Sustainability & Foundation team to align on content and regional activities.   • Develops and tests customer-centric messaging, narratives, and core assets such as overview decks, and web and social content.

  • Works with other Autodesk industry marketers and demand generation peers to align priorities and integrate into their go-to-market and ABM campaigns

  • Identifies industry partnerships (regional and global) and co-develops partner engagement plans with regional teams

  • Drives customer advocacy program to help regional teams identify and create industry customer advocates and case studies

  • Oversees management of our team s industry events and provides support for other teams events we participate in

  • Identifies and executes ways to communicate our message to technical and nontechnical audiences through web and social properties, and third-party co-marketing

  • Collaborates with PR, web, social, and content marketing teams as well as external agencies to develop and implement integrated marketing communications plans

  • Coordinates the planning and execution of AEC sustainability industry marketing activities at our annual user and sales conferences

  • Develops and executes thought leadership strategy and activities (from messaging development to identification and management of speaking opps, industry white papers, PR or other activities)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passion for sustainability with an understanding of what it means to help customers optimize the environmental performance of everything they design and make

  • Successful track record leading B2B marketing initiatives from strategy to execution

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to collaborate with and influence other stakeholders

  • Experience in or related to the building design, civil infrastructure and/or construction industries

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills

  • Confident developing technical marketing communications with the ability to communicate how technology can address social and environmental challenges

  • Demonstrates creative thinking and initiative with a willingness to take risks

  • Thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs

  • Success creating strategic marketing plans, as well as technical sales and marketing materials

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI

  • A team player able and willing to engage in both strategic and tactical work as needed

  • Data driven marketer who uses market intelligence and analytics to measure and optimize marketing efforts and programs

  • Experience with content marketing initiatives that leverage social media and web platforms

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business Administration or a relevant Marketing field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as project management and CRM tools like Asana, Hubspot, Microsoft Teams, and Slack

  • Knowledge of Autodesk software capabilities and ABM methodology

  • 7 years of experience in a marketing role

  • Master's degree
