This role will manage the Recruiting and People Operations teams and will be in charge of growing the team as the company scales. You will brainstorm and execute on creative recruiting strategies, ensure diversity is represented across all pipelines, deliver key data driven insights into the market and the recruiting eco-system. You will also focus on recruiting operations and analytics and general people operations.What we look for:

  • 7+ years of Recruiting experience with a minimum of 4+ years experience in people management

  • Experience in architecting data driven recruiting dashboards to deliver key insights to executives

  • Deep understanding of the engineering landscape and talent market

  • Experience growing and developing people through coaching, mentorship and building growth frameworks.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage internal and external expectations

  • Ability to build recruiting processes and infrastructure

  • Effective communication skills across multiple stakeholders

  • Start up experience preferred

  • Diversity recruiting experience preferred

  • People operations experience preferred

  • Positive attitude and team player
