Requirements: - 2+ years of payroll experience and at least 6+ months of experience handling tasks outside of just payroll - BA is required with a preference in a business oriented major - Culture match – hands on, startup type personality that is willing to handle a messier work environment
Experience working with HRIS systems or familiar with ADP
Proficient in Microsoft suite, particularly excel
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
The ability to multitask -- you can prioritize and execute at many different tasks each day
The desire to learn -- you recognize that everyone can always learn if they set their minds to it
A positive attitude and fun-loving spirit
