Kforce Fair Share Analyst in San Francisco, California

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fair Share Analyst in San Francisco, California (CA). Summary:Our client is seeking a Fair Share Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support of Fair Share program, which is designed to help manage inventory of drugs in limited supply (e.g, drug shortage). You will support the Program Manager to execute daily program activities in a timely manner, and ensure all exception requests received are resolved by the close of business each day (5:30pm PST).Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess and respond to Fair Share Exception requests received (50-150 cases per day)

  • Analyze historical purchasing patterns of accounts vs. remaining allocation available

  • Review inventory status of drugs in limited supply

  • Change customer allocations in SAP to approve incremental units

  • Interact with Sales and Customer Service teams to address and resolve questions or issues related to customer purchase limits or final decisions

  • Update information in Salesforce.com, SAP and Tableau

  • Troubleshoot system issues with technical team as appropriate

  • Identify process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and efficiencies

  • Monitor program success metrics

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Mathematics, Economics or Finance

  • 5 years operational and financial analysis and reporting or equivalent experience desired

  • Proven experience collaborating and communicating across stakeholder groups (Sales, Customer Care, Pricing)

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is desirable

  • Highly analytical and attention to detail is critical

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • High level analytical ability

  • Written / verbal ability

  • MS Excel - Intermediate skills

  • SAP
