Job Summary:

Accenture Broadcast is looking for a unique personality with a variety of video production skills who can operate our brand-new studio located in the Accenture office in the Sales Force Tower in downtown San Francisco. If you are “jack of all trades” and know video production, postproduction, studio maintenance and like to work with people in a collaborative environment this is an opportunity for you.

Accenture’s San Francisco Studio will be part of a global network of studios and broadcast centers that enable Accenture Leaders to creatively connect with their teams around the world. As part of that global network, the San Francisco-based Special Events Producer will work with other broadcast teams in Chicago, Prague, Dublin, Bengaluru and New Delhi.

This role will be responsible for delivering custom live and recorded events, video editing, providing client tours and maintenance of the three-camera studio. The ideal candidate will be an out-going personality who is self-motivated and can work independently with no supervision.

Accenture Broadcast produces more than 300 live and recorded events a month for Accenture Leaders. Our Special Events Producers, Coordinating Producers, Technical Directors, Video Editors and Broadcast Engineers come from a variety of backgrounds including local and national television networks, production houses, advertising agencies, corporate communications and IT.

Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet the needs of customers and assist Accenture Broadcast's production teams in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Domestic and international travel may also be required occasionally to manage the production of events at off-site venues.


Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience with required technical skills in video production, and the design and delivery of studio event productions.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Experience coordinating all phases of event planning and delivery, including written show flows and creation of planning documents

  • Experience coordinating audio/video production requirements for meetings in corporate offices and at off-site venues

  • Experience in creative story-telling and script writing

  • Working knowledge of studio operations and maintenance

  • Experience with post-production software Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro

  • Ability to maintain high quality work while facing tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand and work with a culturally diverse team across various geographies

  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with key executives and customers.

  • Strong customer service skills and client focus

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to closely adhere to defined operational processes and technical standards

  • Ability to complete assigned, recurring tasks with limited supervision

Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience with broadcast delivery applications

  • Experience with the following pieces of studio equipment: Evertz encoders, Lawo Audio Console, Soundweb Audio Systems, Panasonic PTZ Cameras, Autocue Teleprompter, Teradek Cube, Riedel Communication Panel, SNAP Lighting Control Panel, chroma key backgrounds, Cyviz display walls
