Job Details is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Process Expert within its Go To Market Center of Excellence team (GTM CoE). The GTM CoE team supports the company strategy by evaluating and providing efficient rollout and execution of GTM changes. This team develops and implements effective global strategies and transforms the field, our partners, and our success ecosystem with valuable insights, productivity enhancements, and transparent collaboration.The candidate will primarily serve as an analyst by evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices within the Go To Market Center Of Excellence (GTM CoE) team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments and is experienced in managing complex requirements in support of a scalable go-to-market strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Document process flows to identify key control points and hand offs.

  • Partner with technology lead to identify solutions to business pain points. Collaborate on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics.

  • Drive the requirements gathering to accurately reflect business needs including: risk analysis, “as is” and “to be” process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution.

  • Review technical solution for compliance to business process and objectives. Coordinate end to end UAT.

  • Engagement with Change Mgmt/Comms team to develop training and post implementation support needed for each initiative

  • Measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation

  • Attention to Detail: #your favorite non-profit organization on your resume

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Business Analyst and/or Process Transformation (process flows, RACI etc)

  • Excellent change management leadership skills including communication, training and process transformation

  • Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation and user acceptance criteria

  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines

  • Willing to receive direction and guidance within a team environment, adopt and develop best practices and circumnavigate obstacles with creative solutions

  • Confidence and interpersonal skills to achieve effective working relationships at all levels

  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
