The Challenge

Responsible for driving sales, growing existing customer base, developing new customers and further developing Haier’s Ductless solution within the West territory. They will provide world class customer experiences, while ensuring quality and consistency of product delivery. This is a remote field-based Position reporting to the Regional sales manager, Ductless & HVAC.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation and execution of annual sales plans/strategies within region to ensure growth of existing accounts and adding new distribution partners

  • Develop, create and foster relationships with key stakeholders at targeted distributors in the region

  • Ability to translate relationships into business opportunities and results

  • Conduct product and sales training for distribution partners

  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of our Ductless solutions and services to dealers/distributors

  • Capacity to understand dealer/distributor strategy, the competitive environment and key drivers behind a dealer/distributor’s need for change/buying decisions

  • Develop strong partnership between with operation functions, drastically improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction levels

What you need to Succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3 years: Experience in a business sales role for a solution based product within the HVAC industry

  • Need to be located within the assigned region

  • Proven success in growing new business from start to finish

  • Excellent leadership skills, with ability to positively support, influence and lead internal and external customers

  • Must have a strong initiative and ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and driven to succeed

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and grow strong customer relationships

  • Ability to travel within region up to 50%

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
