The Private Fund Group is part of Credit Suisse’s Asset Management (AM) division, which offers products across a broad spectrum of investment classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Credit Suisse’s AM business handles over $425 billion of assets, including over $95 billion in Alternative Investments, for government, institutional, corporate and private clients.
Provide daily support to two distribution professionals.
Phone coverage and extensive diary management consisting of coordinating email and calendar as directed; Handling conference/meeting/event coordination; etc. Liaising with group heads and other high-profile individuals in helping to handle schedules.
Extensive preparation and recording of all expense reports and reimbursements; understand and align with all policies, guidelines, and procedures for expense processing; complete monthly reconciliations of principal’s Amex statements.
Confirming meetings to internal and external parties.
Arranging conference calls/video conference bookings.
Domestic and international travel planning/car booking/preparation of itineraries/Visa and passport applications as well as lead with roadshow coordinators in NY and London in accordance with IWM policy, expense guidelines.
Event planning: group dinners, golf outings, holiday receptions, etc.
Preparing hard copy presentation materials and supporting documents for internal/external meetings.
Help with database entry, management and tracking of client target lists from beginning through end of fundraisings.
Word processing and document/presentation creation – Be comfortable with word processing, presentation, and IWM-specific customizations in MS Office (i.e., PitchSuite) to compose and edit documents, enter data, and build correspondence.
Work with internal/external banking tools & research.
Extensive client interaction.
