One of the largest Private Equity fund administrators in the country is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team. This firm has helped Private Equity Firms with their fund administration needs for over 20 years. Their services include fund launch consultation, fund accounting and administration services. The Senior Fund Accountant will provide accounting services, process transactions and financial statements. Primary duties will include: - Work-paper review, call and distribution letters, carried interest calculations and profit/loss allocations - Prepare Financial statements - Analyze investment documents and set up investment structures - Calculate tax expenses
