Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project evaluations with proposed solutions.

  • Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce solution specifications for complex and large projects.

  • Define & architect the solution design.

  • Expert experience in delivering projects in Agile/Scrum Methodology.

  • Provide direction to development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation and maintenance support activities.

  • Participate in project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents and code reviews.

  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

  • Be a multiplier of your skills by actively mentoring other technical resources on your team.

  • Continually enhance existing skills and seek new areas for personal development.

Technical Skills:

  • Should have architected and developed applications on S/4 HANA.

  • Should have advanced knowledge of S/4 HANA-based artifacts / frameworks: CDS View Design and Development, AMDP, BOPF.

  • Should have technical understanding of how SAP Logistics and or Financial components relate to, and integrate with, other SAP components.

  • Understand integration technologies and ability to architect end-to-end solutions is desirable.

  • Development exposure to ABAP, Fiori and associated components is a plus.

Functional Skills:

  • Deep functional knowledge in SAP Logistics modules and/or Finance and Controlling components.

  • Should possess the expertise in few interface areas like Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Project System, HCM, SFIN, etc.

  • Awareness of S/4 HANA Roadmap and innovations is desirable.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree highly desirable, preferably in a technical related discipline like Computer Science, Engineering, etc.

Work Experience / Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral; with the ability to present to large groups with confidence and lead the discussion with C-Level executives

  • Requires 7 years of professional experience

  • 5 or more years of Strong development experience (hands-on) on one or more SAP platforms

  • US Citizen or Permanent Residents preferred

Location

  • Newtown Square (PA); Palo Alto (CA) and Dallas (TX)

Travel Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (overall travel typically not more than 50%, but can be 100% from time to time).
