With over 2.1 billion people, our community is growing rapidly and the Facebook Growth team is responsible for building products that help make Facebook the largest and most active community on the planet. Facebook Growth Product Managers work with teams of engineers, designers, scientists, and researchers on the company’s hardest problems to create meaningful experiences and connections at incredible scale that help us fulfill our mission. We are looking for world class Product Managers that are entrepreneurial, technical, and highly analytical to innovate and execute across these important products at Facebook. Growth allocation areas include; Community Growth, Community Integrity, Growth Infrastructure, Messenger and Social Good and Goodwill based in our Menlo Park office.
Drive innovation and impact through excellent execution with a team of world-class engineers, designers, scientists, researchers
Understand, identify and execute on the right people and product problems while building scalable process and infrastructure
Define, analyze and ship experiments that inform product strategy and consistently make high priority trade-offs between performance, speed to market, usability, short-term and long-term success
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
5+ years product management experience
Demonstrated organizational and analytical experience
Track record of prioritizing, communicating and influencing teams
Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and simultaneously driving tactical execution
5+ years experience designing user interfaces for mobile and web in consumer domains
Proven experience in delivering technology products and services
Experience defining and understanding funnel analyses, conversion, consumer acquisition, retention and go-to-market strategies
Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms with significant user traction
MBA or Master’s in Technology (Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
