Facebook’s Business Applications team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. As a member of BizApps, you will play a key role in re-imagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise. This full-time position will be based in our Menlo Park, CA office.

Required Skills:

  1. Work with product managers and designers to drive strategic and tactical initiatives

  2. Understand performance metrics for business value

  3. Build interfaces for complex systems and high-quality tools

  4. Technical ownership of projects and managing resources

  5. Create visually stunning 'pop' throughout all BizApps products using leading edge HTML5, React, CSS and JavaScript technologies

  6. Drive improvements in usability and interactivity on BizApps web properties

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  2. 1+ years of JavaScript experience including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6

  3. 1+ years of HTML/CSS experience including layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility

  4. 1+ years experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance

  5. Experience using web services, REST APIs, GraphQL

  6. Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques

  7. Experience developing web or mobile applications for enterprise users

  8. Experience partnering with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs

  9. Experience building and supporting production quality software

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
