SUMMARYAs a Consultant with the Genesys PS IVR Practice you will be working with some of the most dynamic and influential companies on the planet and helping them implement our solutions.You will be working on-site with our customers and must have superb interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. You must be a logical thinker, meticulous and professional. #LI-AC1RESPONSIBILITIES:* Participation in customer workshops to design user experience call flows for IVR and chatbots* Application of best practices regarding user interface design* Installation, troubleshooting and support of Genesys products* Creating and executing test scripts for call flow and other logic* Perform user acceptance testing supportQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS DESIRED AND PREFERRED:* 2-5 years of related experience* 2+ years of experience designing, developing and/or tuning IVRs or Chatbots* Experience with speech recognition* Engineering degree with a focus on computing, design or a related field* Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role* Awareness of business environments into which solutions have been delivered* The ability to balance project demands with those of the wider organization and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of technical and commercial demands* Fluent in English.
