One of the TOP 10 luxury home accessory centers in the country is in need of an executive assistant for their Burlingame, CA location. This executive assistant is expected to support the CEO and the VP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendars on Outlook and coordinate meetings/conferences
Utilize travel websites to coordinate travel arrangements on Concur
Document expenses on Concur
Assist with event planning
Proofread documents, correspondence, emails, and various communication
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
--Associate's degree preferred or equivalence of 4+ years of experience
--Experience in supporting more than 1 person at a time
--Must be able to multitask and follow through
--Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders
--Excellent communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal
--Both Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities available
--Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
--$75,000 - $90,000 first year annual salary. This is a perm role!!!
