The QuickBooks Financing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to create and execute strategies that deliver awesome experiences for our QuickBooks customers (Online and Desktop) who need small business financing to run or grow their business.

 

 

As a Marketing Manager, QuickBooks Financing, you will lead Go-to-Market strategies for QuickBooks Financing, connecting small businesses with the funding they need to fuel their businesses.  In this role, you’ll:

  • Have direct responsibility for developing go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Financing, offerings that help small businesses improve cash-flow by providing them funding they need to run or expand their business

  • Lead partnership marketing for 3-5 lending partners (including financing apps) and create awesome end-to-end customer experiences in a variety of channels (e.g., in-product, direct response, telesales)

  • Using rich data in QuickBooks, propensity models, and qualitative customer research, you’ll target the best prospects and translate customer insights into integrated cross-channel marketing strategies

  • Lead and influence across the QuickBooks ecosystem, working cross-functionally with go-to-market channels and customer marketing

  • Contribute significantly to the development and execution of the 1-year marketing plan and our 3-year vision and strategies

  • Own business outcomes for 3-5 lending partners and several go-to-market channels

Qualifications

 

  • At least 3 years of business experience leading marketing initiatives and cross-functional execution

  • 1-2 years of experience in web or software marketing

  • Experience creating and executing high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (in-product, web, email, partner marketing)

  • Customer-centered…listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio, not just his/her offering or channel

  • Identifies big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities; develops business cases and activation plans to support

  • Strong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences

  • Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve results

  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers

  • Bias for action and experience with rapid testing and optimization

  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong results orientation and decision making skills

  • Experience with small business lending a plus

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
