TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

Location: San Francisco

This is a 5-month engagement

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will maintain the amazing candidate experience during the interview and onboarding process. The role is responsible for overseeing the recruiting process along with several recruiters to ensure that each candidate has a first in class experience that is well organized, efficient, welcoming, and respectful. The successful candidate will enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, creative and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all aspects of candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Initiate and monitor background checks

  • Manage offer packages, including employment contracts and new hire forms

  • Coordinate offer acceptance and new hire communications

  • Ensure that HR teams have all necessary items for onboarding

  • Manage the hire transaction process between Taleo and Workday

  • Partner with hiring teams and recruiters to ensure positive candidate experience

  • Act as main point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Minimum Requirements:

  • A burning desire to work for the coolest company on the planet

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple attendees

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity and precision

  • Proven organization skills - ability to multi-task, be proactive and meet deadlines

  • Proven and sound problem solving and decision making skills

  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

  • Always looking to improve customer experiences

  • Always flexible

  • Sense of humor, because sometimes situations don't go exactly as we plan

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Tech savvy

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Coordinator role
