Job Summary

We are seeking a fun, creative, energetic, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to work primarily on our exciting, forward-thinking, global, Airbnb Client. In conjunction with the Strategic Account Manager, they will manage and be accountable for the strategic corporate relationship with the client locally and with their offices around the world. This person will predominantly be based in market at Airbnb Headquarters in San Francisco. Their main objective will be to drive profitable sales of branded promotional merchandise throughout the organization. They will help develop a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and penetration within the account base. Enterprise Account Executives manage accounts with medium complexity to very large, complex accounts and average $2 - $6M books of business

Key Responsibilities * In conjunction with the Strategic Account Manager, manages and owns the strategic corporate relationship between client/subsidiaries/partners and Staples Promotional Products, * Develops the strategic plan to grow sales and margin within the client for all Staples Promotional Products lines of business, * Works with other Lines of Business to introduce and drive incremental revenue opportunities, * Conducts meetings and presentations with key account stake holders to drive sales and ensure excellent customer experience, * Provides direction and leadership to all internal departments that support the customer – SPO, Merchandising, Customer Service – to ensure client needs are met, * Achieves sales budgets and margin attainment, * Negotiates contract extensions and ensures all contract terms are adhered to, * Understands, communicates and interprets brand direction for all account team members, * Provides leadership & direction on client merchandise needs, * Proactively recommends new products ideas to drive brand objectives, * Analyzes our current position to identify discrepancies with client goals and develop a shared vision, * Travels to various key locations to promote our total range of services, * Participates at on-site and off-site events worldwide, * Schedules/manages Client Business Reviews and leads strategic discussions at reviews.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Four to six year experience profitably selling B2B programs to "C" Level contacts within corporate America. * Experience within the promotional products industry preferred, * Strong leadership skills (to coordinate with internal support teams) * Excellent selling skills * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Strong command of MS Office Suite, Outlook and in addition a competent MAC user with knowledge of Google Docs would be advantageous, * Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop preferred, * Strong relationship building skills, * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong financial acumen and attention to detail * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time / / /Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
