Esurance Senior Product Manager - Mobile in San Francisco, California
Esurance’s Mobile Product team is looking for an amazing new Product Manager to help us create and maintain modern experiences for our iOS and Android apps. As a part of Esurance’s Customer Experience team, Mobile Product Managers have real and meaningful impact on our customers’ day-to-day lives and are responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of Esurance’s mobile products.
As the Product Manager, you’ll roll up your sleeves and be responsible for leading 1 or more agile teams. You’ll define product roadmaps and strategy, own and sustain the product backlog, and collaborate constantly with internal and external partners including development, design, UX research, copywriters, and senior leadership – all in order to provide best-in-class experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do
Develop strategy, roadmap and backlog for one or more of Esurance’s mobile apps in collaboration with CX management, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Lead 1-2 agile teams focused on delivering effectively against product strategy and goals
Drive cross-functional collaboration to define and design user features for both iOS and Android
Generate all product, project, and platform artifacts for product development and management (aka business cases, CBAs, product overviews, briefs, requirements, flow documents, stories)
Analyze and give structure to customer pain points in order to drive the smartest solutions
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to inform product direction
Create and communicate product health and OKRs on a regular basis across the team and company-at-large
Collect voice of customer reporting both internally and externally to ensure and monitor product satisfaction
Define and deliver on a successful go-to-market strategy including app awareness, growth, and engagement campaigns
Monitor technical performance, partnering with Engineering to ensure timely issue resolution
Constantly grow your ownership and passion for mobile by understanding the latest technologies, trends, and industry standards
We Hope You Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business degree, MBA/MIS/MS desired
5+ years relevant mobile product management or product development experience working in fast-paced, mobile-first environment related to consumer services
Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies
Keen eye to detail, setting a high bar for yourself and others
Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations
Ability to navigate effectively and efficiently through change
Fantastic written and verbal communications skills, very comfortable with presenting to all levels of the company. Proven ability to present your logic with clarity and confidence
Excellent analytical skills, experience in Tableau and Google Analytics a huge plus
Ruthless truth-seeker skills, collecting whatever data and insights are necessary to inform product design and direction
Passion for customers and making sure all of their needs (know and unknown) are being met within the product
