In Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation (PVSI), we've built our team of top professionals by rewarding their accomplishments and ensuring they have what's needed to succeed. We value and promote diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our business and at every level of our organization.

It starts with you. We must attract, develop, retain and motivate the most talented people - those who care and who work together as partners across business units and functions. We value and promote diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our business and at every level of our organization.

The PVSI team includes Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Wells Fargo Virtual Channels, and Innovation including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

We put our customers at the center of every decision we make by focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement.

Wells Fargo’s Customer Experience Design (CXD) team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Visual Designer for one of our primary portals, the Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO), and the Front-End Framework design team. The CEO platform leverages a responsive front-end framework that delivers 90+ applications to our commercial banking customers. You’ll help define, advocate for, and drive visual design direction for our Framework, as well as help create and build a scalable visual design system for use across the broader CXD team.

The Visual Design team seeks an experienced Senior Visual Designer with 7+ years of experience wearing many hats: working with established framework components and standards; designing for web-based applications; working with corporate brand strategies; prototyping based on user testing and research; working with accessibility experts; and helping to ideate, form and implement team deliverables and systems.

Your primary interest lies in responsive UX product development, UI libraries, visual hierarchy, UX patterns, and brand identity systems. You believe in and advocate for best practices and standards that maximize customer and user engagement. You also thrive working with complex data and forms, and have deep experience in concept development, prototyping, and optimizing final deliverables for all viewports. Web-based, CSS-friendly animation skills are big plus.

You enjoy working with a diverse array of people, are a flexible and resilient collaborator and partner, and are naturally an adaptable, organized thinker and problem solver. You embrace the creative and the collaborative, as well as managing timelines and deliverables for complex projects.

  • Push creative standards as required on strategic projects

  • Ensure the success of the Visual Design team through strong collaboration with the team on an ongoing, long-term basis

  • Attend project and status meetings as required, providing strong Visual Design presence and advocacy within cross-functional teams
