Kforce Senior Commissions Analyst in San Francisco, California

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst in San Francisco, CA.Responsibilities:

  • Management and administration of all compensation programs for the global sales organization

  • Participate in the development and completion of compensation processes and initiatives such as annual compensation reviews, competitive and ad hoc analyses; formulate recommendations regarding regular review and updates to the compensation structure

  • Monitor the implementation of the compensation philosophy as it relates to structure, sales compensation, equity compensation, and process and bonus program designs; ensuring consistency in the organization across geographies and functions, make recommendations to the VP on changes and alignment

  • Maintain the Sales Incentive Compensation System, Xactly

  • Lead development of compensation communication materials and trainings

  • Partner with sales management and Field Sales Operations to define and produce analytics that support the business objectives and strategies; provide periodic reports and detailed analysis to identify drivers behind trends and potential business opportunities

  • Collaborate with the Information Technology team to define business requirements and solutions for all tools and deliverables that support the field sales force

  • Document operating procedures and develop audit controls; create clear segregation of duties amongst team members who will have participating roles

  • Willingness and desire to contribute to other areas of accounting and finance outside of sales compensation

  • BA/BS in a related field required

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in sales compensation or similar sales and/or finance functions

  • Experience Managing incentive compensation plans in an environment with automated commission payments; experience with Xactly, or similar technology tools preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, including sales alignment, territory planning, quota setting, accelerators, credits, reporting and analytics

  • Successful experience in building processes within a high growth global enterprise technology software company

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects on time to completion

  • Outstanding executive level communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • High integrity and outstanding references

  • Excellent problem solving capabilities, detailed oriented, well organized and outstanding analytical skills
