Our client, an up and coming design firm located in SOMA is looking for a temp- to- hire Receptionist/ Office Manager. If you are a person with a "can- do," go getter attitude who thrives in a fast paced environment, this is the job for you. What does a day to day look like? You will be answering phones in a friendly and courteous manner, maintain all office conference rooms, coordinate meal delivery, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail. You will also be ordering all office supplies, assist with the calendar management, maintain the coffee station, and complete other administrative tasks needed. Experience with all of the above is required. An ideal candidate must be outgoing, possess a Bachelor's degree, able to handle a fast- paced environment, knowledge of Outlook Excel, and have the ability to work on a team AND independently.
