Wells Fargo Digital Mortgage Experience Team - Segment/Partner Strategy (Digital Marketing Consultant 4) in San Francisco, California

The Home Lending Digital Customer Experience organization leads a multi-billion dollar set of online channels, and is responsible for the strategic vision, business results, and the customer experience. The digital experience team supports the needs of all of our customers with awareness, education, tools, applications and more with an omni-channel approach.

Digital Customer Experience team is looking for a strong leader to manage a portfolio of programs to support our Home Loan experience. This role will focus on the “Shopping” experience for our public site to support and drive engagement for our partners and segments. This will include developing comprehensive strategies and roadmap activities by understanding digital and emerging trends and customer behaviors and experiences to influence our partner and segment strategies. This individual will also define and develop core KPIs with our business partners, deliver data based insights and analyze program results. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of, and proven track record of relationship management, developing and leading key digital strategic initiatives and delivering against program roadmaps in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Consults, defines and executes the digital strategies and initiatives for the Mortgage Digital “Shopping” experience.

  • Responsible for developing digital strategies for segments such as diverse, in language relocation and military initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive strategy and road map to support programs such as realtors and builders and enterprise solutions.

  • Responsible for day to day digital experience performance of programs and segments requiring deep understanding of data and analytics.

  • Lead the execution of key digital initiatives and cross functional teams during the design, development and implementation phases utilizing an agile methodology.

  • Identify areas of improvement or opportunity to optimize the digital customer experience of existing/new features and services to support the Home Loan shopping experience.

  • Continuously explore digital customer needs and competitive market conditions to drive best in class digital experience for segments and partners.

  • Management and execution of digital business and financial targets for customer segments and partner solutions.

  • Ensure legal, risk and compliance reviews are completed for proper regulatory guideline adherence.

  • Create, deliver and communicate program results and data based insights to business partners and executive leaders on regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or social media

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders

  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
