The Assistant Boutique Manager manages a team of Jo Malone Stylists. The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and performing outstanding customer service. The Assistant Boutique Manager will recruit, train and supervise as well as coach and develop employees. Candidate must have an energetic, motivating demeanor; be detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and possess superior leadership and communication skills.
If you have 5 years retail experience (cosmetics preferred), 1-2 years management experience this could be an opportunity for you.
