Your ultimate goal is to collaborate with marketing and the category teams to ensure we provide the consumer the optimal shopping experience for online grocery within online grocery. The right candidate will demonstrate a winning attitude, be flexible, action and results oriented, analytical and self-starting. They will partner with cross functional teams in business and technology to drive efficiencies with automation and optimize the customer’s shopping experience on Walmart.com.

Challenges You’ll Be Tackling

Meeting the needs of our customers: stay abreast of the competition and learn the latest tools and technology to analyze data and insights at scale.

Executing the optimal shopping experience: create grocery specific engagement via marketing, landing pages, story telling, solution oriented experiences, proper reviews and personalization.

Support Sub Category Perfection: proper taxonomy, attribution, basic & enhanced content as well as strategies to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization).City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Site Merchandising and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

  • Ensures aligned business objectives are met

  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Plans and manages visual merchandising of website areas for multiple departments and major campaigns

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

  • Provides direction to creative team

  • Uses available site, sales, and competitive metrics and dashboards, and creates custom dashboard templates

Minimum Qualifications:• 4+ years retail experience in site merchandising or marketing.

• At least 2 years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment.

Educational Requirement

• 4-year Bachelors degree required

Physical Requirement

• Occasional travel to conferences and training is required
