Robert Half Management Resources Recruiting Coordinator in Redwood City, California

Robert Half HR Services is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator. This is a 3-6-month contract engagement with their client in the hi-tech space located in Redwood City. This is an immediate need - are you available? Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline the process

  • Receive requests from recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers

  • Oversee calendar management on Outlook for both hiring managers and recruiters

  • Schedule all candidate logistics for onsite interviews: Includes travel, hotel, and transportation

  • Greet and set up all onsite interviews

  • Work alongside the recruiters and update the ATS to reflect candidate's process

  • Contact hiring managers, recruiters and candidates via email or phone

  • Send confirmation emails once interview date and time have been established

  • Reschedule interview dates/times as need arises

  • Assist with recruiting events

  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed

  • Manage special projects as requested by managers.

Requirements: Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent detail oriented experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in recruiting

  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where work tasks vary and processes are changing

  • Issue follow-up and timely resolution

  • Taleo experience preferred

  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, formulas; advanced PowerPoint skills
