The Incentive Compensation New Initiatives within OAL is responsible for the

design, development and implementation of solutions for Compensation and Sales

Force planning teams. These applications and solutions are critical to

Oracle as they are used to drive the sales planning and compensation processes

for Oracle’s global sales force.

Essential Functions:

This position is for a highly dynamic individual with a strong

techno-functional background who will be able to manage the tactical roadmap for the group and act

as a product manager. The candidate should possess:

  • Strong Techno-Functional knowledge with Product Management skills.

  • Ability to effectively interact with the business team

to understand their business information and requirements; translate these business

requirements into functional and technical solutions

  • Good hands on technical skills who enjoys delving into

the technical underpinnings of the implementation and contributing on a

technical level as required, will be an added plus.

  • Experience in Agile Methodologies

  • Skills to coordinate complex tasks with various stake holders.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to effectively interact with sub teams in all time zones to support a

global implementation

  • Implement complex cross functional solutions that are high performing and

with excellent quality

-Conversant with the software development life cycle.

Desired Industry Experience:

  • Overall experience of 5 to 8 years as a techno functional consultant with product

management skills.

  • Experience in Incentive

Compensation and Compensation Planning will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in working on multiple projects with aggressive

Education and Certification:

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
