Our Learning & Development organization supports all 3000+ employees globally, and we’re looking for someone who can help lead design and delivery of relevant content in visually appealing, interesting ways including interactive presentations, blogs, and brief online offerings (e.g., e-learning, video).
The ideal candidate should have a background in L&D and OD. She or he should also have the ability to collaborate effectively to determine the best approach, and clearly deliver the message to our audience in interactive, palatable and visually appealing ways.
This position is based in our Palo Alto, CA headquarters and reports directly to the Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development.

Excellent written/verbal communication
Consulting skills (ability to interact well with all employees, from senior level clients to SMEs)
